This is a complex matter I personally have never been a guarantor for for someone so therefore I do not have a first hand experience of the principal payer failing to pay his debt but definitely getting into such situation can be so disturbing and so before you agree to be a guarantor for anyone you must make sure you will know how to find them whenever there is any irregularity and if you’re not able to find them then the debt is on you
