Depending on salary is what most civil servants don’t like doing as you said. If you do your findings, you’ll see that most of the businesses premises you see, they’re all owned by civil servant. Civil servant know very well that they may wake up today, then they’re fired by their boss, so it’s always advisable that they have their own business, because this will help them financially when things like this happens. So if you’re a civil servant, establish your own business.

As a civil servant it is very possible to run a business of your own, personally i would advice anyone to startup s business. The truth of the matter is that the cost of living keeps increasing from time to time and relying on a single source of income might not be able to cover all your expenses. Having a business of your own helps in expanding your sources of income. The best part about this is also the fact that you have a second option to fall back to it there is delay in payment or any issue as a civil servant. You can simply startup a business that does not require you to always be prevent or one that gives you enough time to do other things. Working online is a great way to achieve this.
