Working 24/7 refers to operating and conducting business around the clock, without any breaks or downtime. This approach is often adopted to maximize productivity and potentially increase profits in certain industries. It involves various strategies and considerations:
Automation: Implementing automated processes and systems can enable tasks to be carried out without direct human involvement, allowing operations to continue non-stop.
Global Presence: Operating 24/7 can help businesses cater to customers in different time zones, expanding their reach and potentially increasing sales.
Customer Service: Providing continuous customer support can enhance customer satisfaction and retention, leading to more repeat business.
E-commerce: Online stores can benefit from being accessible at all times, allowing customers to make purchases whenever they want.
Production Efficiency: Continuous production processes can lead to faster manufacturing and delivery of products, meeting market demands more effectively.
Reduced Downtime: Minimizing downtime between shifts or during maintenance can lead to increased productivity and revenue generation.
Cost Management: While continuous operation may increase revenue potential, it’s important to manage associated costs such as labor, energy, and maintenance.
Employee Shifts: Implementing rotating shifts or hiring additional staff can ensure that the business operates smoothly throughout the day and night.
Market Demand: The decision to work 24/7 should be based on market demand and the specific needs of the industry. Not all businesses may benefit from round-the-clock operations.
Health and Well-being: It’s crucial to balance continuous operation with the health and well-being of employees. Adequate breaks and rest periods are essential.
Ultimately, the decision to work 24/7 to increase profits depends on factors like industry, market demand, available resources, and business goals. It’s important to carefully evaluate the potential benefits and challenges before adopting such an approach.

I spend most of my time working in my business and other ventures, but I understand that I have other aspects of my life which I also dedicate some part of my time to attend to. I would say give time to your business and also balance your life. Doing things right in your business would still bring maximal profits.
