Here’s what to do immediately if your transfer hasn’t landed on your business app:
1. Check your bank balance first – Did the money actually leave your account? If it didn’t debit, wait. If it debited, continue.
2. Open the business app and refresh – Sometimes it’s just a syncing delay. Log out and log back in too.
3. Contact your bank ASAP – Use the fastest option: call, in-app chat, or email. Provide:
4. Message the app’s support – Most fintech apps like Kuda, OPay, Moniepoint, etc., have a live chat or support email. Don’t wait till next day.
5. Use your bank’s reversal request option – If available on your app, file a dispute or transaction reversal.
6. Visit bank branch if urgent – If it’s over ₦500k or a critical transaction, go physically with evidence (screenshot, narration, time).
