The best part about this is that corn goes with both boiled and roasted one.

I think it’s profitable as I see a lot of people doing it where I believe if it’s not profitable they won’t bother with it at all, if you want to get into such business, you should get in touch with those in the business and ask them how it works, you can apprentice for a while to understand it.
I also think it’s seasonal so you’ll have to plan how you want it to be like for you, if you’re going to preserve the maize or be doing it seasonally.
