Few years ago I was opportuned to learn different skills which include production of liquid soap, bleach, detergent etc. Though I didn’t think of doing it as a business buh due to the current economic situation, I wanted to develop the skill by producing it in bulk and sell them but I don’t know if it’s possible to do it or will I need to register first and have my own branded sachet/pack before I can start.

It is extremely possible to startup a soap business and other businesses without having it registered. Your business not being registered does not stop you from running your business, it only limits you. There are so many persons in my area who are into production of soaps and they are making money from it. One major limitations of not having your business registered is that you might not be able to carry out international transactions and even some intra state deals. Whatever benefits the states would be giving to business owners, you would not be entitled to them.
