Except for civil servants and government workers who the government has already placed a certain age for retirement I believe that there is no certain age that I will say it is a must to retire because I believe that people have different lifespans and life cycles and some people reach their peak at different points and retiring at your peak might not be the best.
Just understand when you have already made enough exploits in terms of investments and savings before you begin to even consider retiring
