When they sign the dot or to put it simply when they commit to your product or service by bringing out their wallets or card to pay for a service or your product, right at that moment, you’ve convinced them that whatever you’re selling is important.
Without making a commitment with money, it can be really hard to be know whether a customer is convinced or not, there are other ways though like making a part payment etc.
