You’re right that the activities done in a business place can be successfully and credibly carried out if an individual is more experienced in business activities. It’s true that it’s not just capital that’s needed to start a business. Any successful business begins with good and profitable planning, good strategy and how to target your audience. You don’t just wake up one day and start a business, all because you have capital. So my answer is no, anybody can’t start a business without good planning.
