The government through banks has provided collateral-free credit, so that business people can improve their business better, the ease of requirements required by banks to apply for loans or credit makes many people or small businesses try to get loans without collateral from banks, borrowers only need complete the credit or loan application form, and attach a photocopy of the ID card, then you only need to wait for the approval from the bank, but unfortunately many borrowers fail or are refused to get credit without collateral from the bank. There are a few common reasons why a credit application might be rejected:

    • Low credit score – If your credit score falls below the lender’s minimum threshold, usually around 620-650, you are seen as high risk. Improving your score makes approval more likely.
    • Limited credit history – Having little or no prior credit accounts or loans can also lead to denial, as lenders prefer to see a track record. Building some credit history first can help.
    • High debt-to-income ratio – If your existing debt payments already consume a large portion of your income, new credit may be denied. Paying down debts to free up DTI helps.
    • Errors on your credit report – Incorrect late payments, defaults, etc. drag down your score. Getting mistakes corrected improves your case.
    • Too many recent inquiries – Numerous credit applications in a short period can be a red flag of high risk. Limiting applications avoids this.
    • Insufficient income – Lenders want to see reliable income that can comfortably support repayment. Bigger down payments also compensate.
    • Type of credit requested – Applying for a mortgage or car loan with only credit card history may lead to denial. Get a variety of credit types.
    • Failure to provide documentation – Not including required pay stubs, tax returns or other info is a common reason for rejection.

If your application is rejected, request the lender provide the exact reasons in writing. This allows you to address those areas to qualify in the future.
