Yes, if you want to he juce to your customers you should allow it for free. I know I charge my phone sometimes in a fast food eatery around me here. You are not told to order anything here before charging but the trick is that as you sit waiting for your phone to he charged you would still be tempted to eat their snacks before of the nice aroma that is filtering into your nostrils.
So allow them charge for free while you add what would entice them to willing buy from you while they are charging their phones or devices.
