At the end of the day, i think it depends on the individual. While having an ATM card makes it easier to gain access to your money and spend it, not having it might still not change anything. For most of my bank accounts, i don’t have ATM cards on most of my accounts but i still have easy access to it through the bank app or ussd code, so i still end up spending a lot. At the end of the day, it boils down to self control and discipline.

The first step to making a realistic budget is to create one that reflects your current reality … not an unrealistic one (or unhealthy). In order to create a budget that reflects your current reality, you must first keep track of your income and expenses so you can separate what is necessary from what is discretionary (needs vs. wants), and determine how much you can spend on each category of expense without feeling stressed or having to stretch yourself too thin. Use tools such as reminders (alarms), budgeting software, or just a piece of paper and pencil to keep track of your daily expenses so that you do not get caught up in impulse purchasing; plan your purchase or save some money before spending. Make sure to do regular reviews/changes to your budget to ensure it continues to be realistic and attainable.

Saving money is good but obviously I can tell you that from the little experience which I got it is not better than that your investment why because the money won’t grow but if you invest it you can definitely have profit making ratio which help increase your money so investing that small amount on something is very wise

Costs associated with attending a work-required course can add up quickly; however, there are solutions available for reducing these costs. One approach is to contact your employer and inquire about sponsoring at least some cost of the training program or reimbursing you after completion. Many companies will subsidize training for their employees. Another way you might save money on your training is by taking inexpensive online classes; applying for any discounts offered by the vendor; using free resources provided by your school; or by paying off your tuition over an extended period of time with smaller monthly installments. Before registering for a program, make sure to compare prices between different vendors so also plan out your training and budget for each month well in advance.

If you’re a guarantor and the borrower starts defaulting, the easiest and smartest step is to act early instead of avoiding calls or notices. Talk honestly with the borrower, understand the situation, and try to help them negotiate smaller installments or extra time with the bank before the debt grows. Keep records of every payment and conversation, because guarantors are legally affected too. If repayment becomes impossible, it’s usually better to settle the matter through a restructuring or partial settlement rather than letting penalties and legal action increase the pressure on everyone involved.
