Broadly speaking, banks or other financial institutions provide two types of loans, namely collateralized loans and unsecured loans. In general, loans with collateral are for large loans or investments. Types of collateral can be land certificates, motor vehicle (car) certificates, gold, etc. Of course, you can take out a bank loan without collateral for business capital, investment or education funds. But every bank has different requirements if you are going to take a loan without collateral. There are several banks that require borrowers to have a credit card in advance, the loan limit is only $ 20k, etc.

There are a few common reasons why a credit application might be rejected:

    • Low credit score – If your credit score falls below the lender’s minimum threshold, usually around 620-650, you are seen as high risk. Improving your score makes approval more likely.
    • Limited credit history – Having little or no prior credit accounts or loans can also lead to denial, as lenders prefer to see a track record. Building some credit history first can help.
    • High debt-to-income ratio – If your existing debt payments already consume a large portion of your income, new credit may be denied. Paying down debts to free up DTI helps.
    • Errors on your credit report – Incorrect late payments, defaults, etc. drag down your score. Getting mistakes corrected improves your case.
    • Too many recent inquiries – Numerous credit applications in a short period can be a red flag of high risk. Limiting applications avoids this.
    • Insufficient income – Lenders want to see reliable income that can comfortably support repayment. Bigger down payments also compensate.
    • Type of credit requested – Applying for a mortgage or car loan with only credit card history may lead to denial. Get a variety of credit types.
    • Failure to provide documentation – Not including required pay stubs, tax returns or other info is a common reason for rejection.

If your application is rejected, request the lender provide the exact reasons in writing. This allows you to address those areas to qualify in the future.

FairMoney collect and processes securely data from one’s device which could be SMS, device details, location or phonebook. They used the data collated to  make a lending decision. This data is necessary for their personal use

This loan app is far the best because it has features which other doesn’t have especially the loan extension. If you had challenges in repaying you can extend to the future.

  •  When evaluating loan requests, lenders typically consider several key questions to assess the borrower’s creditworthiness and the overall risk associated with the loan. Here are five important questions that lenders often ask:

What is the Purpose of the Loan?Lenders want to know why the borrower needs the loan. Different types of loans may have different purposes, such as funding a home purchase, business expansion, education, or debt consolidation. Understanding the purpose helps lenders determine the appropriateness of the loan and the potential for repayment.

What is the Borrower’s Credit History?                                              The borrower’s credit history provides insights into their past borrowing behavior and repayment patterns. Lenders typically review the borrower’s credit score, credit reports, and payment history to assess their creditworthiness. A strong credit history suggests a lower risk of default, while a poor history could lead to higher interest rates or loan denial.

What is the Borrower’s Income and Employment Status?                Lenders need to know the borrower’s income and employment stability to gauge their ability to repay the loan. Regular income from a stable job increases the likelihood of timely repayments. Borrowers with higher incomes relative to their monthly debt obligations are often considered more favorable candidates for loans.
