As a man or even normal human being who is hustling or just enter the streets new are the ones who this questions are particularly concerned with.

Let’s go into the business investing a limited funds first analyze the risk factor on what you are investing

Secondly do not count your eggs in 1 basket have another plan manage that little funds don’t invest everything unless you have some one taking care of your basic human needs.

The most important thing is praying ask your God way forward tell God to take control.

At this stage of investing limited capital you should be very selfish at this point you have a goal FOCUS and never allow or entertain any distraction. Very important.

A systematic investment plan (SIP) is an investment strategy where an investor commits to investing a fixed amount of money at regular intervals, typically every month. This could be into a mutual fund, stocks, bonds, or any other asset class.

SIPs are a popular investment strategy for several reasons. First, they allow investors to start small. You can start a SIP with as little as INR 500 per month. This makes it a great option for investors who are just starting out or who don’t have a lot of money to invest.

Second, SIPs help to average out your costs. When you invest a fixed amount of money every month, you are buying more units of the investment when the price is low and fewer units when the price is high. This helps to smooth out your returns and reduce your risk.

Third, SIPs are a great way to invest for the long term. By investing regularly, you give your money time to grow and compound. This can lead to significant returns over time.

Here is an example of how a SIP works. Let’s say you invest INR 1000 every month in a mutual fund for 10 years. The NAV of the fund starts at INR 10 per unit. In the first month, you will buy 100 units. In the second month, the NAV of the fund falls to INR 9 per unit. You will now buy 111.11 units. In the third month, the NAV of the fund rises to INR 11 per unit. You will now buy 90.90 units.

By the end of 10 years, you will have invested INR 12000. However, you will have accumulated 1212 units of the fund. This means that your average purchase cost will be INR 10.00 per unit. If the NAV of the fund at the end of 10 years is INR 20 per unit, you will have made a profit of INR 10000.

SIPs are a safe and effective way to invest for the long term. They are a great option for investors who want to start small, average out their costs, and grow their wealth over time

Here are some of the benefits of SIPs:

They allow you to start small.

They help to average out your costs.

They are a great way to invest for the long term.

    They are relatively safe.

    They are easy to manage.

They can be customized to your needs.

If you are looking for a safe and effective way to invest for the long term, then a SIP is a great option.
