Depends on your lifestyle and what you do for a living, if you travel a lot, then it’s better to rent because you will have access to different places without being responsible or committed to them but if you’re the type that live permanently in an environment, probably working a job or raising a family there.

Then it’s way better to try and own a home, it’ll simplify your life and save you a lot of money on rent.

A low-paying job can make sense temporarily if it’s helping you survive or gain experience, but if after some time you still can’t save or improve your situation, it starts costing you more than it’s giving. I’d keep it only while actively looking for something better or building another income stream on the side, and set a deadline for myself. Staying too long can trap you in a cycle where you’re always busy but never moving forward.

Make a budget to keep track of spending and give debt payments first priority in order to save while in debt. Reduce wasteful expenditures, prepare meals at home, and take public transportation.

Talk to your creditors about more reasonable interest rates or payback schedules. Consider paying off loans with high interest rates. Look for extra revenue streams, such as freelancing. Avoid taking on extra debt and concentrate on making timely payments on the ones you already have. If necessary, get financial guidance to help you make decisions.

Cut out any spending that isn’t absolutely necessary cook at home instead of eating out, use public transport, and avoid buying things you don’t need. It’s also worth talking to your lenders to see if you can get better interest rates or more flexible payment plans. Try to bring in extra cash with side jobs or freelancing, but don’t take on new debt. It takes discipline, but little by little, you can save while chipping away at what you owe.
