    There is nothing that we can do as business people than to raise the prices of our products. The prices of inputs are steadily increasing and we don’t have any other option as business people than to effect a price increase in our products or we would be out of business. I have already increased the price of my birds for my poultry farm. A 2kg live chicken now sells for $3.5 from in my farm from the $2 we used to sell sometime ago. Increase in prices of products by businesses is a cause and effect thing.

    One thing that you must be able to know how to do this market your business very well because some people lack the ability to market properly and that is why their business is not going forward

    You need to just have the necessary tools and the right target audience or customers

    Continuity should absolutely be one of the objective of a business owner or manager when he or she establishes a business idea. There is absolutely no individual who intends establishing a business today and wishes to close the business possibly within a week but rather he or she expect the business to keep on bringing in imports and profits for years. If I were to establish a business this basically would be one of my most important objective. However this will require a whole lot of work on my part and I am fully aware of this.

One major challenge that employees face is taking the fall for failure of the business leadership and being put under pressure for those same failures. Materials and mobilisation for a task would be released quite late and the employees are expected to work magic to meet up with datelines within a short period. That could be very demoralising.

Recently there have been a trend of people teaching others how to design with their smartphones with apps like canva, pixellab and the likes. Personally i am a graphic designer and photo editor but i mainly use Photoshop for my designs and edits. There are persons who argue that using a smartphone is better. I know for a fact that using a phone does has it’s advantages and there have been some awesome  designs but i do not think its better. Which do you think its better between designing on phone or laptop?
