Why you shouldn't take a loan during a break?

The worst thing that will happen to you is taking a short time loan when you know that you won’t be resuming work soon. This will put you under pressure the moment you can’t pay back at due time.

I’m no advocate of borrowing in the first place so if one can avoid it, it is to do away with borrowing in the first place to avoid repayment pressure which can be bad.

Credit score ranges typically vary between different credit scoring models, but here’s a general overview of what they mean:

Poor (300-579): Scores in this range indicate a high risk of defaulting on credit obligations. It can make it challenging to qualify for loans or credit cards, and if approved, you may face high interest rates.

Fair (580-669): Scores in this range are considered subprime. While you may qualify for some loans and credit cards, you’ll likely still face higher interest rates.

Good (670-739): This range signifies a lower risk to lenders. You should have access to most financial products at reasonable interest rates.

Very Good (740-799): Scores in this range are considered excellent. You’re likely to get favorable terms on loans and credit cards, including lower interest rates.
