An agent acts as a middleman who connects buyers and sellers and earns a commission on sales, but they don’t usually own the products. A distributor, on the other hand, buys products from the manufacturer and then resells them to customers, taking on inventory risk and often handling marketing and logistics. Essentially, agents facilitate sales, while distributors take control of the product and the sales process.

Why Are Garbage Products Selling The Most?

Look around you then check the Internet. Digital garbage here and there. The funny thing is it sells. People purchase garbage day by day and before they realize it’s already late. How long would this continue?

A lot of “garbage” products sell because they tap into trends, emotions, or convenience, not necessarily quality. People often buy impulsively, follow influencers, or chase short-term satisfaction, which drives sales even for low-value items. This cycle will likely continue as long as marketing plays on desires and social proof, but smarter consumers and stricter regulations can slow it down. For sellers, it’s a reminder hype can sell anything, but long-term success comes from real value.

Even if it’s not mandatory, offering some form of health insurance is a smart move for both employee’s well-being and the company’s reputation.

    2. *Return rate* – Higher returns mean faster recovery. For example, at 7% annual return, your money may double in about 10 years (using the Rule of 72).

    3. *Market conditions* – Economic ups and downs can speed up or delay growth.

    4. *Amount invested* – Larger investments may yield more, but also carry more risk.

Generally, long-term investments (5–10+ years) are safer for steady growth. Short-term gains are possible but riskier. Patience, planning, and smart choices are key.

No, it is not wrong for a guy to sell makeup kits. Selling makeup is a business activity, not a moral or gender-based issue. Business is about identifying demand and providing products or services that people need. Makeup is widely used, and anyone who understands the market and customers can participate, regardless of gender.

In today’s world, many industries are no longer limited by traditional roles. Men work successfully in fashion, beauty, skincare, and cosmetics as entrepreneurs, marketers, and professionals. What matters most is knowledge of the product, honesty with customers, and good business practices. Customers usually care more about quality, price, and trust than who is selling the product.

Social perceptions can sometimes create pressure or criticism, but these opinions do not define success. People who challenge stereotypes often face resistance at first, yet they also help change outdated thinking. Confidence and professionalism help overcome negative assumptions. Over time, consistent service builds respect.

From a business perspective, selling makeup kits can be profitable if done correctly. Understanding customer needs, maintaining good hygiene standards, and offering genuine products are more important than gender. Marketing skills and customer relationships play a bigger role in success.

It is also important to consider personal comfort and values. If someone feels confident and comfortable in the business, outside opinions should not discourage them. Every legal and ethical business deserves respect.

In summary, there is nothing wrong with a guy selling makeup kits. Business success depends on skill, integrity, and effort, not gender. When someone focuses on providing value and serving customers well, they earn credibility regardless of societal expectations.

Personally, it is not bad to ask about your salary but you should be tactful when asking, know when to and how to ask. Generally, it’s better to discuss salary expectations after you’ve received a job offer or when the interviewer brings up the topic. This allows you to evaluate the entire compensation package and negotiate more effectively. As an entrepreneur negotiate more effectively. Meanwhile, if the employer asks you about your salary expectations early in the interview, you can tell him/her your expectations or you might choose to talk about that later.
