In order to avoid going into debt it means you need to have an emergency fund because most of the time people go into there because they have no other way and no other means of getting money what if you have an emergency fund it lowers your chances of needing a loan

Important is a very nice lifestyle and to do that you have to specify what you need and also what you want.

This is because needing something is very different and more important.

But when you don’t know this you spend whenever you think it is perfect to spend without asking yourself whether you need what you are paying for.

If a person truly wants to get out of debts and stop borrowing, the person needs to discipline themselves. Take out time to list your needs and your wants. One of the major reasons most people fall into debts is simply because they mostly spend all their resources on their wants while they start looking for money to sort out their needs.

Your needs are the things you can’t do without, while your wants are things you can actually do with but just feeling like getting it. For example buy a cake is just a want, but buying actual food is what you need. Know your needs from your wants and focus on your needs alone, that’s the first step.

    Try before you buy something
Save up for something. Audit what you throw out. It involves making informed decisions for spending and saving. It is a skill meant to make one have control over money rather than the other way around.

To become more financially responsible consider taking these steps to cultivate financial discipline and create a strong, stress-free future.Understand your status quo. Create a budget. Automate savings and debt repayments. Avoid incurring new debt

Both savings and investments are important. Based on my perspective, I fell it’s better you make investments. When you invest your money your are definitely going to make profits. Investing is a fast way to grow wealth.

However there are risk associated with making investments. Fluctuations may arise in the market which may be due increase in the price of goods and services.

Regardless of the risk involved in business, I’ll advise people to invest rather than savings alone.
