Learning a skill that isn’t common in your area can be tough, but it’s definitely possible with the right approach. Start by using quality online resources like courses, tutorials, and books, and stick to a regular practice routine. Join online communities to get support, feedback, and stay motivated. If you can, connect with a remote mentor or expert. Work on small personal projects to apply what you learn. Even without local access, consistent effort and online engagement can help you grow just as effectively sometimes even more so.

To get a very low interest you have to take out different organization given loans to know which one is best for you.
You also have to at least check out for the ones giving out a coupon or a promo so that you will enjoy from that coupon and get a lower interest.
Some do you get a low interest after paying the first loan they collected very fast and the reduction in interest serves as a bonus and appreciation.

Decide how much money you can use every month to pay your debt. Pay off the debt with the highest interest first, or start with the smallest debt to stay motivated. Keep checking your progress and make changes if needed. The key is to be honest with yourself and keep going, even if it’s hard.
