If you want to do more detailed changes with CSS or HTML, some basic learning helps, but there are lots of easy guides online. You can also find free templates from other websites if you want a different style. So, you don’t need to be a coding expert to make your blog look great.

    Thou it’s been years now I have not work there but there are some of my friends who are still active on the website.

    But if you will ask me to recommend their service I think microworkers is the best next month when I get my Laptop I will test all the website myself and drop my experience

    I think a budget of $100 is enough, domain is cheap less you want to buy a premium, it should set you back some $10, and also hosting depending on the software you use, WordPress is cheaper you can get $1 to $20/ month, if you use VPS you’ll definitely spend more.

    Total is 30$, next is writing contents for the new blog, if you’re a writer you can jump in and get started else you’ll have to hire them, ideally you should write for your blog, the rest of the budget will be spent on marketing, ads and influencer marketing.
