But when you are facing any challenge trying to make a transaction using your bank app I think it is best that you avoid that transaction so that your money will not be missing or hanging.

Write down your income and all your expenses, then find areas where you can cut back without feeling too restricted. Set a saving goal that feels doable, not impossible. Use apps or reminders to help you stay on track, and review your budget regularly to make changes as your needs or goals change. The trick is to make it simple and flexible so you can stick with it long-term.

    1. *Build an emergency fund first* – Save 3–6 months of expenses for unexpected needs. This gives you security and prevents debt.

    2. *Then start investing* – Once your savings are stable, invest to grow your money over time.

Saving is safer and gives short-term stability, while investing builds long-term wealth. Both are important, but saving should come first.

A personal loan is an unsecured loan for general use, like debt consolidation or emergencies, with higher interest rates and shorter repayment terms, A mortgage is a secured loan specifically for purchasing property, backed by the home itself, with lower interest rates and longer terms. Personal loans require no collateral, increasing lender risk, while mortgages use the property as security. Personal loans have flexible spending but higher costs, unlike mortgages tied to real estate. Credit requirements are stricter for mortgages due to larger loan amounts. Personal loans suit smaller, immediate needs; mortgages align with long-term homeownership, as discussed with renting versus building.
