It’s more of psychology. That is why you get attached to people who do things more like you. You say we are perfect match, we understand each other. We want to associate with things that resonate with us. When someone tells you his story and it ends up being your story. This story is your life’s problem or encounter and the story teller quickly presents an easy solution. Psychologically, you will give in. Acceptance without further doubt, the story telling cleared the doubt, that’s what it does. It removes all the veil and stumbling blocks, creates a vivid and close connection between the buyer and the seller.

Taking a risk is not very unusual because in life you have to take one or more risk at one point or the other. What it means is that on your path to gaining wealth and becoming rich, there are risks that you need to take even though you don’t always have to take risks but you don’t have to take big risks, but then it is a normal thing to take a risk and sometimes that is what builds your capacity to do things that will yield massive results. Fear and greed have strong effects on business decisions, and if not controlled, they can harm growth and stability. Fear often causes business owners to delay decisions, avoid taking reasonable risks, or miss good opportunities. It can lead to under-pricing products, poor negotiation, or refusing to expand even when the market is favorable. Fear may also cause panic during challenges, leading to rushed or emotional decisions.

Greed, on the other hand, pushes people to chase quick profits without proper planning. It can lead to over-expansion, ignoring quality, exploiting customers or staff, and taking excessive risks. Greed often blinds judgment and increases the chance of losses. A successful business balances ambition with wisdom—using data, patience, and ethical thinking to make decisions instead of reacting emotionally.

When you grow old, you will have the knowledge of the things you did and those you didn’t. Things will be clearer and depending on the level you are at that time. Rich or poor, you will have your thoughts. Probably on things you should have done to change your state that you didn’t do. Even when you failed trying, you will be glad you exhausted all options just that they didn’t work, then no regrets, you did your best.

It’s often better to regret what you did than what you didn’t because taking action even if it fails teaches lessons and shows effort. Regret from inaction can linger longer, leaving you wondering “what if” for years. Trying, failing, and learning builds experience, resilience, and self-respect, whereas never trying keeps you stuck and limits growth. In short, it’s better to act boldly and learn from the outcome than to let fear hold you back and wonder about missed opportunities.

criticism is a very good and essential thing in any business which serves as a motivation to a builder or entrepreneur to make sure that they keeps going stronger.

While some criticisms are healthy and not too personal some come as an attack to you. You have to make sure that you don’t take some words to hurt so that it doesn’t affect you emotionally.
