When I started renting an apartment, I couldn’t do it without such an agent, because without them they are often deceived and they have to draw up a contract. They asked me for the service how much I pay for one month’s rent, and this despite the fact that they worked for 10 minutes when they printed out the finished statement and we just signed

If you’re okay sharing common spaces but want privacy, look for units that offer separate rooms with locks and maybe shared living areas. It’s good to be clear about your boundaries upfront to avoid awkward situations. If you prefer no roommates at all, paying more for a whole unit is worth it for your peace of mind. Either way, communication is key to making shared living work smoothly.

It may be an unpopular opinion but I believe that owning your own furniture will be a very good idea because you do not have to pay for any rent which may be an accumulated expense at the end of the day

As for me, in recent years I have seen that the value of real estate is growing and even very quickly, for the past year I have observed profitability at the level of 20 percent, and it seems to me that this cannot last forever, because at such a rate in 5 years, no one in my country will be able to allow to buy even a one-room apartment. When will there be a decline in such crazy growth?

Just by looking at the real estate market in the US, we cannot say anything about real estate market in other countries. As far as I know the price of real estate property will reach saturation point and starts going down at a certain time period. That’s because the value of property depreciates with time.

Yes, you should personally inspect any property before buying it — it’s one of the most important steps in making a safe and informed investment. Photos or descriptions can be misleading, so visiting the property yourself helps you verify its true condition, location, and value. You can check for issues like structural damage, poor drainage, fake documents, or neighborhood problems that might not appear in listings.

During inspection, look at the building quality, access roads, water supply, and electricity, and ensure the environment is safe and convenient for your lifestyle or business. It’s also wise to go with a qualified surveyor or real estate agent, who can help identify hidden defects and confirm if the land or building aligns with what’s on paper.

Personal inspection also allows you to ask direct questions, meet the owner or agent, and confirm legal documents like the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or deed of assignment. In short, inspecting the property yourself protects you from fraud, regret, and unexpected costs — making it a smart move before any real estate purchase.
