And I think the way it helps is that it helps you to avoid spending on some certain days even tho it should not have the negative effect of making you want to vent all your anger and spend more than you will if you’re not on that rule

For me personally I can spend as much time as I need in order to make money online because making money is very important and I have made a priority and there’s nothing really placed above it and that’s why I can go the extra mile to see that I earn as much as possible.
But as a student regardless of that I still have a bit of restrictions on it meaning that I would not allow my academics to suffer because I want to make more money I will just find what I need and let the rest be so at least I use 2 hours per day
