Also, make sure you check all legal documents and company registration with the relevant authorities before giving away your money. It is best to start with a small amount that you can afford to lose while you continue to learn the market trends and how profits are made as opposed to promises of quick riches.

Some people might be going through a lot e.g depression and might not be able to talk to some one or summon courage to talk to Boss. Nigeria is a kind of country where if you have a problem employer don’t bother in helping their staff instead they fire and replace so the fear of been fired is 1

Secondly mental health problems some times they might choose to stay away and just keep themselves calm and presentable

Running a successful online vegetable selling business requires planning, trust, and efficient delivery. First, source fresh and high-quality vegetables consistently, preferably from reliable local farmers or wholesale markets, because freshness is your strongest selling point. Next, choose the right online platforms—WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, or even a simple website—to display clear photos, prices, and daily availability. Since you already use WhatsApp Business and Instagram, these are great places to start.

Good communication is very important. Respond quickly to customers, confirm orders clearly, and give honest delivery times. Use proper packaging to keep vegetables fresh during delivery, and partner with reliable local dispatch riders. Pricing should be competitive but still cover costs and profit. Finally, build trust by being consistent, offering promotions, and encouraging repeat customers. Consistency and reliability turn first-time buyers into loyal customers.

Telling people about your life issues can be helpful, but it must be done with wisdom and boundaries. Sharing your struggles with the right people—trusted friends, family members, mentors, or professionals—can bring emotional relief, guidance, and support. It helps you let out stress instead of carrying everything alone. Sometimes, simply talking allows you to think clearly and find better solutions.

However, sharing with the wrong people can lead to gossip, judgment, or emotional manipulation. Not everyone who listens truly cares, and some may use your weakness against you. That’s why it’s important to choose people who are mature, trustworthy, and capable of helping you. You don’t need to tell everyone your problems—just those who have earned your trust.

In short, opening up is healthy, but it should be done selectively, wisely, and for the purpose of healing or finding solutions.

Handling the consequences of our actions is an important part of personal growth and maturity. Every decision we make, whether good or bad, has results that affect our lives and sometimes others around us. The first step is accepting responsibility instead of blaming people or circumstances. Acknowledge what went wrong, learn from it, and avoid repeating the same mistake. When our actions affect others, offering a sincere apology and making amends helps rebuild trust. It is also important to stay calm and face challenges with a problem-solving mindset rather than panic or denial. Consequences can be painful, but they often teach valuable lessons that improve decision-making in the future. By reflecting, adjusting our behavior, and staying accountable, we turn mistakes into opportunities for learning and personal development.
