Banks don’t “rarely” issue Visa or Mastercard—they issue them through partnerships, but not to every customer automatically. These cards usually require higher trust levels because they can be used internationally and for online payments. Banks check KYC details, account activity, income, and sometimes credit history before approving them.

Many customers are first given basic ATM/debit cards, then upgraded later once their account shows steady usage and good standing.

When activating your debit card using an ATM, you might have to enter and/or create a PIN. Also, some banks will automatically activate your card, as soon as you have completed your first transaction. Always refer to the instruction sheet provided with the card, and never disclose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) or One-Time Password (OTP) to anyone, so that your account remains protected against fraud.

Preventive Maintenance is the best way to save money on the upkeep of a facility. By taking care of small problems like leaks, cracks, or bad wiring now, you avoid having to do major repairs later. Use long-lasting materials, perform regular inspections, and educate building users about using the building and its equipment correctly. Implementing items that save energy, such as LED lighting and efficient plumbing, will also lower ongoing costs in the future. A clean area and a consistent maintenance schedule can add years to the life of your building systems.

Instagram paid advertising can be very effective when done properly. Many businesses use Instagram ads to increase sales, followers, and brand awareness. The main advantage is that ads help you reach a larger and more targeted audience based on age, location, interests, and behavior.

However, results depend on your product quality, ad design, audience targeting, and budget. Some people get excellent sales, while others waste money due to poor targeting or weak content. Starting with a small budget and testing different ads is usually the best approach.

The foreign currency exchange markets can be subdivided based on the time of execution of trades.

    1. The Spot (Cash) Market is simply the forex market at this time. It is the most often used type of forex market and allows immediate purchase of currencies at their respective current market prices.

    2. The Forward Market is comprised of trades executed through private contracts where the buyer and seller agree to future purchases of the same currency at a pre-determined price.

    3. Similar to the Forward Market, the Futures Market allows for the same type of trading but provides a standardized contract for executing trades. These contracts are traded on various structured exchanges and are subject to regulation.

    4. The Options Market allows for the sale of currencies but provides no obligation for the buyer to purchase the currency. Therefore, it provides no future risk of price fluctuation to the buyer, which makes this type of market very desirable.

Each of these types of forex markets provides a different way for businesses, banks, investors and traders to benefit from currency price variations, and thereby provide a method for managing and/or mitigating their foreign exchange exposure.
