I also have friends, siblings and relatives that I can rely on for support until I am ready to be fully independent.

These days, one can look for work online or offline. Both can provide earning methods that can support me as long as I know what I am doing.

Having your daily needs demanding more money than what you earn makes living so difficult. You get into debts easily and you live uncomfortably due to so many things you wish to have.

It helps a lot to accept the situation as it is and try your level best to live within your limits. You will have to reevaluate your expenses and have priorities for what you want to spend on.

This may seem unbelievable but I saw how I procrastinated a lot when I had emotions that were not in control. Ever since I learnt to face my emotions and accept them as they are but not them control me, I have not been struggling with procrastination a lot.

This also meant that I should train myself to do what I needed to do even when I felt uncomfortable. You know, getting started no matter how you feel. This means you need to learn to tolerate being uncomfortable. The good thing is that once you get started, you suddenly start feeling comfortable.

It is true that some people who earn less live very stable and happy lives than others who earn really well. It is because those happy people know how to spend money well.

They budget their money well. They don’t spend randomly or follow their urges. They carefully draft a plan of how each of their penny will be spend.

They also live within their limits and have learnt to be contented. That way, they fact that they don’t have much does not stress them. They could be taking a hike in a forest with the family and so much happier than a wealthy family in an expensive cruise ship.

Lastly, these people have learnt to make money work for them. They don’t stress themselves doing so much work or being trapped in a matrix of employment. They have learnt to invest and never depend on a huge salary to live.

Other stay in debt because they are not living within their limits. This happens mostly when you have the desire to spend money even when you don’t have it. So you take a loan to satisfy those desires.

Moreover, people get stuck in debt when they are not mentally well. Depression, uncontrolled anxiety and grief blurs proper decision making. Those suffering from them don’t manage funds well and may take loans impulsively.

On another writing pad, write down how you earn and what expenses are a priority. In your budget, try to cut back on expenses so that the remainder can go into clearing loans.

I like the idea of prioritizing loans with a higher interest rates. It prevents you from paying too much money.

In such a situation, working on getting an income source is very important. May I suggest working online while you search for another job offline. Online earning can be direct and faster when you have skills.

You should also negotiate with your lenders and ask them to give you more time.

Making a list of all the debts plus their interest rates is very good first step. It brings your awareness to how much you actually have in debt. That way, you are able to plan on how to pay back.

It might help to cut back on expenses. There are those things that you buy but you don’t really need them. Cutting back on them will help you save more so you can pay back the loan.

You could also look for ways to increase your income. Earning more means you can afford to pay back the loan faster.
