These risks should be well calculate and that is where research and constant learning comes in, you need to keep researching and exploring in order to be a good investor.

It helps a lot to know how to work with other people, you cannot do it all on your own. Some people are more capacitated in some areas more than you and you need to know how to work with them. An investor knows how to communicate with people and make deals.

Real estate is the most lucrative industry to invest. It has been for a long time and there hasn’t been any changes, most wealthy people invested in real estate at some point in their lives. The downside to it is that it requires a good amount of money to start, that is why most people don’t go into it. But you can start as a real estate agent while learning the ropes then you can start investing yourself.

There are other investments that you can start with a small amount and keep growing. Think of forex trading and cryptocurrency trading. They are high risk but you can learn how to minimize the risks and make money.

I have come across these kind of investment advertisements and I fell for them when I was a newbie. But after learning their tricks, I have been avoiding them at all costs.

It is best to realize that there is no easy investment strategies online and offline. You have to be patient and strategic to grow your money, otherwise all the easy stuff are always dangerous.

Which is a welcome idea and most lending institutions will readily give you a loan if they know you have a business; it means you can easily pay them back.

A loan is always good when you know that you are going to use it to make profits then pay it back. So taking for expanding a business is a great idea that works perfectly for business people.

It is best when you have a business idea already in mind. That way, you will dedicate your time in calculating how much you need for the startup. Which is great because you will be saving knowing just how much you need to start the business.

There is also a wholesale store where I buy most of those things that I need in bulk such as milk, sugar, rice and wheat flour. This wholesale store is way cheaper than the supermarket when you buy things in bulk. I think bulk shopping is also something that has helped me save a lot.

One way to achieve setting a realistic goal is going by the 50/30/20 rule whereby 50% of your income is for needs, 30% for wants and 20% goes into savings. Just calculate that according to what you earn and you will have the amount you need to save.

It is important that you inculcate mindfulness in your expenditure. It helps you not only to stay disciplined but also to identify whether or not your savings plan is realistic or is not good enough.

You may also need to add some wants there, you can’t be saving everything and leaving out nothing for some fun and buying things you desire. This will only make you desire a lot and lose control to spending impulsively.

Targeted savings make one disciplined because they have a specific goal in mind. It is also helpful for budgeting in that you can include it there as a next priority after your basic needs.

One of the businesses you can start as a student is a cyber where you offer printing, photocopy and all other computer services. You could even download movies and music to sell, students love them.

Moreover, you can start a gaming business. Maybe set up a play station that is most current, students love playing them.
