Starting a business without a continuity mindset is usually risky and not advisable, because a business is meant to grow, evolve, and serve customers over time. If you begin with no long-term plan, you may struggle with direction, financial stability, and customer trust. A lack of continuity mindset often leads to poor decisions, inconsistent service, and weak branding, which can make the business collapse early. Even if your goal is short-term profit, having a basic plan for sustainability helps you handle challenges, maintain quality, and avoid wasted effort or money. A continuity mindset doesn’t mean you must run the business forever—it simply means you prepare for growth, change, and stability so your work doesn’t end in avoidable failure.

Then again it’s best to keep an open mind about it, who knows anything might happen in the future.
