Honestly, skipping breakfast once in a while isn’t usually a big deal, but doing it often can leave you feeling tired, less focused, or irritable during the day. Your body has gone hours without food overnight, so heading to work on an empty stomach can make your energy crash faster. It’s not about a huge health risk, but more about how it affects your daily mood, concentration, and appetite. Even grabbing something small on the go can help keep you steady.

Yes, skipping breakfast can have negative effects on your health because your body needs energy in the morning to stay active, focused, and balanced. When you skip breakfast, your blood sugar may drop, making you feel tired, weak, or unable to concentrate well in school or daily activities. It can also lead to overeating later in the day and affect your overall digestion and mood. Eating a simple, healthy breakfast helps your body function properly.

There have been lots of talks and debate about this issue for awhile now. There are those who believe skipping breakfast can have a negative effect on your health such as affecting your metabolism and not having enough strength and nutrients to carry out your day to day activities. Most believe it could also lead to obesity, but then again what about people who do intermittent fasting? It has helped them stay healthy and boost their metabolism. I think it’s best to simply do what works for you.
